Sometimes upgrading to a premium subscription may fail due to a temporary issue with your internet connection.
In case you have already paid for premium but can't access all the content, please follow these steps:
- Make sure you have the latest version of our app by going to the App Store and updating
- Inside the app, click on the "START FREE TRIAL" button at the top of the screen
- Scroll down to the bottom of the screen
- Click on "Restore Purchase"
- You should now have been upgraded and have access to all learning content

If these steps are not successful and you are certain that you have already paid for the subscription, please send us a support request and a screenshot of the order confirmation.
