How can I delete my account?

Warning

Upon deletion, all data associated with your account (progress, analytics, username, email) is removed immediately without a retention period. We are therefore unable to recover your account later on.

Option 1: Deleting your account yourself

To permanently delete your account, please go to your account details. You will find a button that says “Delete account” there.

Please note that if you have an active paid subscription, you first need to cancel your subscription before you can delete your account on Lingvano.

Option 2: Submitting a deletion request

In case you don't have access to your account anymore you can also write us an email to request the deletion.
