Things you may want to try
- Make sure your internet connection is stable and fast
- Restart the app and reload the lesson
- Desktop: Try to use a different browser (Firefox, Chrome)
- Mobile: Close other apps with a lot of videos like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube.
- Mobile: Update the Lingvano app to the latest version in store (Apple iOS, Android)
- Mobile: Make sure your phone has no pending upgrades. Upgrade to latest version.
- Mobile: Restart your phone.
Reporting an error
In case none of the solutions above work, please report it by using the hamburger icon in the top left corner of the page where the video is embedded. Then select "Video could not be loaded". This notifies our technicians who will take care of the issue.
